Applicant must have a PhD in either inorganic or organic chemistry with experience in asymmetric catalysis/or photocatalysis/or light-harvesting materials/or supramolecular chemistry.

1. 24 years inorganic chemistry research in academia.
2. 18 years teaching experience in chemistry at honours/PG level.
3. Co-authored 202 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
4. Delivered over 225 lectures (invited, plenary, keynote and institute/departmental colloquia) in India and abroad.
5. Mentored 18 PhDs and 23 postdoctoral fellows. Several of the former PhDs/Postdocs are now faculty members in leading institutions like NISER/IISER/IIT/NITs/Central, State, Private Universities/affiliated colleges and in R&D of public and private industries.
