hydrogen bonding
Dear
Prof Arunan,
I
have downloaded and read the IUPAC document: Definition of the Hydrogen
Bond (provisional) with great interest.
However,
there is little in the document about the dynamic nature of the
hydrogen bond, and
that the hydrogen vibrates between the two delta negative
centres.
The
definitions avoid any mention of the special nature of hydrogen and its
low mass.
